We aim to keep our terms and conditions as simple and straightforward as possible. We hope you find them easy to understand. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that these do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

It is illegal to reproduce trademarked logos onto products using the EPL Designs website. The exclusive use and reproduction of these images lie with the legal owners. Similarly, reproduction of photographs and material from artists, authors etc cannot be carried out through this website.

The website cannot stop you from entering unacceptable texts or artwork with your order. However, EPL Designs reserves the right to refuse an order or edit/censor the content or to contact you for alternatives as it deems appropriate if any content appears to be offensive or unacceptable.

Price and Payment

All prices include VAT. Payments are by Credit Card or Debit Card and processed through Paypal for authorisation and security purposes. An email from Paypal will be sent for each transaction to confirm Authorisation or otherwise. EPL Designs do not store or retain your credit card details.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all UK orders within 5 - 7 working days. Standard delivery is by First Class Post for items up to 1.5kg otherwise by Standard Parcel post (3-5 days) for larger shipments and is at a cost of £4.95. Deliveries outside the UK and Special delivery instructions can be accommodated by first emailing info@epldesigns.com.
Responsibility for insuring against loss or damage of goods after they leave EPL Designs lies with the customer.

Returns and Refunds

All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
All EPL Designs goods are personalised and we can only accept returns and provide refunds if it can be proven that goods have been sent with a manufacturing defect.

Liability

EPL Designs has made every effort to ensure that the information given on its website is accurate and correct but does not guarantee that it is error-free.
EPL Designs cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of the products listed. We will, however, make every effort to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.
EPL Designs makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products available purchased on this website.

EPL Designs does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or any of the products purchased from it.

EPL will only be liable for direct loss (except in the case of death or personal injury - for which there is no limit) up to a limit of the total of the product price purchased.
